CHAPTER 18 SENATE BILL No. 60 An Act concerning agricultural data; repealing K.S.A. 74-504d. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

 Section  1. K.S.A. 74-504d is hereby repealed.
 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
