CHAPTER 9 SENATE BILL No. 36 An Act repealing K.S.A. 72-5303, concerning the provision and maintenance of water closets by boards of education. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 72-5303 is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
