CHAPTER 89 SENATE BILL No. 89 An  Act repealing K.S.A. 7-104, 7-106, 7-107, 7-111 and 7-121 and 19-819; concerning
attorneys and sheriffs and deputies; relating to practice of law. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

       
Section  1. K.S.A. 7-104, 7-106, 7-107, 7-111 and 7-121 and 19-819
are hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
