CHAPTER 6 SENATE BILL No. 33 An Act repealing K.S.A. 72-1626b, concerning bond issuances authorized before school district unification. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 72-1626b is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
