CHAPTER 49 SENATE BILL No. 81 An  Act concerning civil procedure; relating to the rules of evidence; amending K.S.A. 60-466 and repealing the existing section. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 60-466 is hereby amended to read as follows: 60-
466. A writing admissible under exception (o) (2) of K.S.A. 60-460 is
authenticated in the same manner as is provided in clause (3) or (4) of
K.S.A. 60-465.

 Sec.  2. K.S.A. 60-466 is hereby repealed.

 Sec.  3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
