CHAPTER 41 HOUSE BILL No. 2561 An Act repealing K.S.A. 13-2701, 13-2702 and 13-2704 through 13-2711; concerning certain cities; relating to certain revenues. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 13-2701, 13-2702 and 13-2704 through 13-2711 are
hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
