CHAPTER 37 SENATE BILL No. 397 An Act repealing K.S.A. 19-319; relating to the powers and duties of the county clerk. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 19-319 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
