CHAPTER 3 HOUSE BILL No. 2554 An Act repealing K.S.A. 13-14c01 through 13-14c08; concerning certain cities; relating to cemeteries. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 13-14c01 through 13-14c08 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
