CHAPTER 16 SENATE BILL No. 16 An Act repealing K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 74-2137, relating to annual performance audits of the
Kansas highway patrol motor vehicle program. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 74-2137 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
