CHAPTER 147 HOUSE BILL No. 3034 An Act repealing K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 65-4035; concerning treatment for persons with alcohol abuse problems. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 65-4035 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
