An Act repealing K.S.A. 40-1909, as amended by section 110 of chapter 229 of the 1996
Session Laws of Kansas and K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 40-19b10, as amended by section 112 of
chapter 229 of the 1996 Session Laws of Kansas and 40-19d10, as amended by section
114 of chapter 229 of the 1996 Session Laws of Kansas; relating to accident and health
insurance.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 40-1909, as amended by section 110 of chapter 229
of the 1996 Session Laws of Kansas and K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 40-19b10, as
amended by section 112 of chapter 229 of the 1996 Session Laws of
Kansas and 40-19d10, as amended by section 114 of chapter 229 of the
1996 Session Laws of Kansas are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
