An Act repealing K.S.A. 72-126, 72-127, 72-128 and 72-129, concerning the making of school facilities inventories in cooperation with the federal government.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 72-126, 72-127, 72-128 and 72-129 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
