An Act repealing K.S.A. 74-8601, 74-8602, 74-8603, 74-8604 and 74-8605 relating to the Kansas coal commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 74-8601, 74-8602, 75-8603, 74-8604 and 74-8605 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
