An Act repealing K.S.A. 19-1403a and 28-120; relating to certain county officers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 19-1403a and 28-120 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
