An Act repealing K.S.A. 12-1704, 12-1705 and 12-1706; concerning the conveyance of certain property to patriotic corporations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 12-1704, 12-1705 and 12-1706 are hereby re- pealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
