An Act concerning the enterprise zone law; repealing a portion thereof; repealing K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 79-32,160d.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 79-32,160d is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Kansas register.
