An Act repealing K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 41-2708a, relating to revocation or suspension of cereal malt beverage retailers' licenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 41-2708a is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
