An Act repealing K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 75-2935e; relating to the unclassified service under the Kansas civil service act; resolving conflicting amendments.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 75-2935e is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
