An Act concerning the juvenile justice authority; relating to the transfer of powers; repealing K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 75-7002, as amended by section 133 of 1996 House Bill No. 2900.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 75-7002, as amended by section 133 of 1996 House Bill No. 2900, is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
