An Act concerning dispute resolution; repealing K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 5-512, as amended by section 1 of 1996 Senate Bill No. 584.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1995 Supp. 5-512, as amended by section 1 of 1996 Senate Bill No. 584, is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
