An Act concerning the department of revenue; authorizing receipt of grants of funds from federal government and other sources.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. The secretary of revenue is hereby authorized to receive grants of money and funds appropriated under any federal act or from any other source.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
