HOUSE BILL No. 2678 An Act repealing K.S.A. 74-7257; relating to the Kansas sunset law; concerning the department of transportation and office of the secretary of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 74-7257 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Kansas register.
