Chapter 136

HOUSE BILL No. 2791 An Act repealing K.S.A. 75-5228, concerning standards for correctional institutions and jails.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 75-5228 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Kansas register.
