An Act repealing K.S.A. 72-9801, 72-9802, 72-9803, 72-9804 and 72-9805, concerning school district building-based education plans.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 72-9801, 72-9802, 72-9803, 72-9804 and 72-9805 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the statute book.
