COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
 On motion of Rep. Hayzlett, Committee of the Whole report, as follows, was adopted:
   Recommended that SB 41 be passed.

 Committee report to HR 6009 be adopted; also, on motion of Rep. Faber to amend, the
motion did not prevail and the resolution be adopted as amended.

REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES
      The Committee on Health and Human Services recommends HB 2168 be amended
on page 2, in line 28, after the period, by inserting: ``Any written prescription order shall
include the name, address and telephone number of the responsible physician.''; in line 30,
before the period, by inserting: ``pursuant to a written protocol as authorized by a responsible
physician'';

      On page 6, in line 25, after ``practitioner'' by inserting ``or a mid-level practitioner'';

      On page 7, in line 29, by striking ``Midlevel'' and inserting ``Mid-level''; also in line 29,
by striking all after ``means''; by striking all in line 30; in line 31, by striking ``thereto,'' and
inserting: ``an advanced registered nurse practitioner issued a certificate of qualification
pursuant to K.S.a. 65-1131 and amendments thereto''; in line 32, after ``65-1130'' by striking
the comma;

      On page 11, in line 11, by striking ``Midlevel'' and inserting ``Mid-level''; also in line 11,
