  9             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 39-7,154; concerning the child
10             support collection pass through.
11      
12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:  
13       Section  1. K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 39-7,154 is hereby repealed.
14        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
15       publication in the statute book.
