  9             AN  ACT exempting unified school districts from city or county imposed
10             platting taxes.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. No tax levied by a city or a county upon the act of platting
14       real property shall be applicable to such act applied for by a unified school
15       district seeking to plat real property in such city or county.
16        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
17       publication in the statute book.
