  9             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. 20-301b; relating to requiring at least one
10             judge in each county.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. K.S.A. 20-301b is hereby repealed.
14         Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
15       publication in the statute book.
