10             AN  ACT concerning civil procedure; repealing the cap on damages for
11             pain and suffering; repealing K.S.A. 60-19a01 and 60-19a02.

13       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14             Section  1. K.S.A. 60-19a01 and 60-19a02 are hereby repealed. 
15        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
16       publication in the statute book.
