11 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; AN&nbsp; ACT repealing K.S.A. 25-4502, 25-4503 and 25-4505 through 25- <br>
12 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4508 and K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 25-4501; relating to the presidential pref- <br>
13 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; erence primary. <br>
14 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  <br>
15 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <i>Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:</i>  <br>
16 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Section&nbsp; 1.&nbsp;K.S.A. 25-4502, 25-4503 and 25-4505 through 25-4508 <br>
17 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; and K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 25-4501 are hereby repealed. <br>
18 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Sec.&nbsp; 2.&nbsp;This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br>
19 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; publication in the Kansas register. <br>
