11             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. [1999 Supp.] 75-6801; concerning state of-
12             ficers and employees; relating to reductions in positions for state agen-
13             cies based on retirements.

15       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
16             Section  1. K.S.A. [1999 Supp.] 75-6801 is hereby repealed. 
17             Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
18       publication in the statute book.
