SENATE BILL No. 32 An Act repealing K.S.A. 72-77a01, 72-77a02, 72-77a03 and 72-77a04, concerning the Kansas commission on education restructuring and accountability.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 72-77a01, 72-77a02, 72-77a03 and 72-77a04 are
hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
