  9             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. 72-4409, 72-4409a and 72-4410, concerning
10             the state council on vocational education and the state advisory council
11             for vocational education.

13       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14             Section  1. K.S.A. 72-4409, 72-4409a and 72-4410 are hereby
15       repealed.
16        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
17       publication in the statute book.
