  9             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. 72-64a01 and 72-64a02, concerning the Kan-
10             sas committee on school district finance and quality performance.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. K.S.A. 72-64a01 and 72-64a02 are hereby repealed.
14        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
15       publication in the statute book.
