SENATE BILL No. 24 An Act repealing K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 46-2901; concerning the Joint Committee on Oversight of the University of Kansas Hospital Authority.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 46-2901 is hereby repealed.

      Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
