  9             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. 1998 Supp. 19-101i; relating to powers and
10             duties of the board of county commissioners.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. K.S.A. 1998 Supp. 19-101i is hereby repealed.
14        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
15       publication in the Kansas register.
