  9             AN  ACT relating to highways; concerning the priority formula for non-
10             interstate roadways.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. The secretary of transportation shall use the following ta-
14       ble in calculating the transportation department's priority formula for
15       noninterstate roadways:

17        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
18       publication in the statute book.
