  9             AN ACT exempting the state of Kansas from daylight savings time.

11       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
12             Section 1.   The entire state of Kansas is hereby exempt from the pro-
13       visions of subsection (a) of 15 U.S.C. 260a, providing for daylight savings
14       time.  
15             Sec. 2.   This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
16       publication in the Kansas register.
