HOUSE BILL No. 2053
An Act repealing K.S.A. 58-1312 through 58-1315, relating to lighting standards for public
buildings.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

      Section  1. K.S.A. 58-1312 through 58-1315 are hereby repealed.

 Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
