                    SENATE BILL No. 398           By Special Committee on Governmental Organization           12-17             9             AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 13-1426, 13-1427, 13-1428, 13-14,111, 13-
10             14,112 and 13-1901; concerning certain cities; relating to the powers
11             and duties of the governing body thereof.

13       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14           Section 1. K.S.A. 13-1426, 13-1427, 13-1428, 13-14,111, 13-14,112
15       and 13-1901 are hereby repealed.
16           Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
17       publication in the statute book.
