                    HOUSE BILL No. 2735           By Representative Dreher           1-29             9             AN ACT concerning vital statistics; relating to the form of certificates;
10             amending K.S.A. 65-2415 and repealing the existing section.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13           Section 1. K.S.A. 65-2415 is hereby amended to read as follows:
14       65-2415. (a) The forms of certificates shall include as a minimum the
15       items required by the respective standard certificates as recommended
16       by the national office of vital statistics subject to approval of and modi-
17       fication by the secretary.
18           (b) The form of every death certificate shall include a space or line to
19       indicate the location of the disposition of the body.
20           (c) The form and use of such certificate certificates shall be subject
21       to the provisions of K.S.A. 65-2422, and amendments thereto.
22           Sec. 2. K.S.A. 65-2415 is hereby repealed.
23           Sec. 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
24       publication in the statute book.
