A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION rejecting the Kansas City, Kansas,
  and Wyandotte county consolidation plan.
  Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Kansas,
the Senate concurring therein:  That the legislature hereby rejects the
plan for the consolidation of Kansas City, Kansas, and Wyandotte county
submitted to the legislature pursuant to K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 12-343.
