 9  AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 40-2,125, as amended by section 6 of 1997
10    House Bill No. 2104.

12  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13    Section 1.  K.S.A. 40-2,125, as amended by section 6 of 1997 House
14  Bill No. 2104 is hereby repealed.
15    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
16  publication in the statute book.
