HOUSE BILL No. 2564 An Act repealing K.S.A. 13-1426, 13-1427, 13-1428, 13-14,111, 13-14,112 and 13-1901;
concerning certain cities; relating to the powers and duties of the governing body thereof. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

    Section 1. K.S.A. 13-1426, 13-1427, 13-1428, 13-14,111, 13-14,112
and 13-1901 are hereby repealed.

    Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
