 9  AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 13-2401 through 13-2409, 13-2409a, 13-2410,
10    13-2411, 13-2412, 13-2414, 13-2414a and 13-2415 through 13-2429;
11    concerning certain cities; relating to waterworks departments.

13  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14    Section 1.  K.S.A. 13-2401 through 13-2409, 13-2409a, 13-2410, 13-
15  2411, 13-2412, 13-2414, 13-2414a and 13-2415 through 13-2429 are
16  hereby repealed.
17    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
18  publication in the statute book.
