 9  AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 13-431, 13-436, 13-443 and 13-460 through
10    13-466; relating to certain cities; relating to the powers and duties of
11    the governing body.

13  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14    Section 1.  K.S.A. 13-431, 13-436, 13-443 and 13-460 through 13-466
15  are hereby repealed.
16    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
17  publication in the statute book.
