 9  AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 13-1324, 13-1325, 13-1326 through 13-1348,
10    13-1348a, 13-1348b, 13-1348c, 13-1348d, 13-1349, 13-1350, 13-1351,
11    13-1354 through 13-1358, 13-1374 through 13-1380, 13-1380a, 13-
12    1380b, 13-1381, 13-1385 through 13-1392, 13-1395 through
13    13-13,101; concerning certain cities; relating to parks, parkways, boul-
14    evards and playgrounds.

16  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
17    Section 1.  K.S.A. 13-1324, 13-1325, 13-1326 through 13-1348, 13-
18  1348a, 13-1348b, 13-1348c, 13-1348d, 13-1349, 13-1350, 13-1351, 13-
19  1354 through 13-1358, 13-1374 through 13-1380, 13-1380a, 13-1380b,
20  13-1381, 13-1385 through 13-1392, 13-1395 through 13-13,101 are
21  hereby repealed.
22    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
23  publication in the statute book.
