 9  AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 13-1114b, 13-1115 through 13-1118; concern-
10    ing certain cities; relating to roads and highways.

12  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13    Section 1.  K.S.A. 13-1114b, 13-1115 through 13-1118 are hereby re-
14  pealed.
15    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
16  publication in the statute book.
