 9  AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 39-7,125; relating to reduced ben-
10    efit increases in aid to families with dependent children for certain
11    recipients of such program.

13  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14    Section 1.  K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 39-7,125 is hereby repealed.
15    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
16  publication in the Kansas register.
