 9  AN ACT concerning highways; providing for the erection of signs indi-
10    cating location of a fatal vehicle accident.

12  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13    Section 1.  (a) The secretary of transportation, the board of county
14  commissioners of each county and the governing body of each city shall
15  place suitable signs on public highways in their respective areas of au-
16  thority indicating, after the effective date of this act, the location of any
17  vehicle accident resulting in the death of any person.
18    (b)  The secretary of transportation shall approve the design of such
19  signs.
20    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
21  publication in the statute book.
